How do I export my journal data?
Data export functionality is available in the Profile section of the app. Go to Settings → Export Data to download your journal entries in JSON format.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored securely. Authentication tokens are managed using iOS Keychain for maximum security.
Can I delete my account?
Account deletion is available from Profile settings. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request.
How does AI reflection work?
AI analyzes your journal entries to provide personalized insights. We use advanced language models while maintaining strict privacy standards.
What platforms are supported?
Terrace is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad). Requires iOS 15.0 or later.
How do groups work?
Groups allow community interaction. You can join public groups or create private groups. All group interactions are optional.
Common Issues
App Crashing
Try restarting the app or your device. If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
Sync Issues
Check your internet connection and try pulling to refresh. Ensure you're logged into your account.
Login Problems
Ensure Apple Sign In is properly configured. Try signing out and back in, or reset your password if applicable.
AI Not Responding
Check your network connection. AI responses require internet access and may take a few seconds to generate.
