2024 was the year agents went from demo to daily use.
We learned that the best agents don't try to do everything. They do one thing well, then hand off to the next agent.
Context matters more than we thought. An agent with good context beats a smarter agent with none.
Next year we're focusing on making context easier to build and share. That's the real unlock.
